Produce Catering

Produce Catering is based on the family property in a beautiful rural setting situated between Maitland, Raymond Terrace and Morpeth. From the farm; we provide full event management and catering across our region. Our jobs have been known to range from Sydney to the Gold Coast out west to Denman and Sandy Hollow.

We are building a function centre on our property and will be open for bookings later in 2008. We also provide catering @ Woodville School of Arts Hall (seats 80 - 100)

Our unique signature is our unparalleled knowledge of fine food ingredients and production, inspired setting and wonderful staff. This translates into a memorable dining experience for your special day.

Owner and founder of Produce Catering;
Carolyn Scott is a qualified Chef with further study in sugar, chocolate and desserts. Carolyn has spent 35 years in Hospitality working across all areas, Front of house, Marketing, Silver Service, Gueridon and Sommelier.

Carolyn also founded Slow Food Hunter and is actively involved in the movement on a local and national basis.

Carolyn is a passionate foodie and works with other like minded professionals. Every gorgeous morsel that Produce Catering presents; is made from scratch using the best available ingredients.
